writing poetry (experimental poetry)- I’ve been writing since I was 16. The last time I counted I had over 120 poems. I wish I could write daily like Walt Whitman did, but that’s nearly impossible for me.

website & graphic design- This hobby started in 1999. I was inspired by MPVixen & Michael Dutton’s websites.

snowboarding (beginning)- Rather than pick up skiing, I decided to join “the dark side.”

cycling (beginning)- Andrew’s influence. Le Tour de France is the ultimate test of the human spirit.

gardening (I love roses)- I loved visiting the rose garden at the New York Botanical Garden.

cooking- I especially love French countryside recipes, recipes via cast iron, and casseroles.

baking- Making and decorating cupcakes with my Wilton set and rustic desserts.

touring historic homes & sites- This is something Andrew & I both enjoy very much.

miniatures & dollhouses- Andrew’s Grandma Hope inspired me. This hobby began in 2003, with the partial construction of my Greenleaf Dollhouse-Pierce/Annabelle. I will continue to post my progress.
